Coffee, the winters wondrous indoor activity

Coffee is the choice beverage of winter-land and no wonder since it keeps you warm and perked up, active and alert during that time of year when there is so much less natural sunlight to do that job.
With that said, what are the indoor activities of coffee that is so wondrous?
How about taking a nice centerpiece bowl and place a small candle that sits inside a glass holder. Now around the glass candle holder, pour in some freshly roasted coffee beans. I prefer using a dark roast but any roast will do. This will give off a beautiful aroma in the dining room or living space of the house and the coffee bean fragrance will be enhanced when the candle is lit. I have included pictures below to serve as an example.

roasted coffee beans are excellent for absorbing odors, especially when the windows are mostly closed during long cold winter nights. So even when your centerpiece is not nicely and romantically lit up, it is working for you.
Make your plants happy during the winter months and treat them with some used ground coffee grinds mixed into the earth. Your plants will loving flourish with the free coffee grinds fertilizer.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to all.
